Christian Belev is a Bulgarian-born, London based moving image researcher, and filmmaker whose work explores memory, identity, and the interplay between personal narratives and political histories. Interested in collective trauma, generational exchange, and the shifting relationship between reality and imagination, he works across narrative, documentary, archival research, and visual design.
His practice combines skills in critical research, script development, cinematography, and video editing in both film and exhibition.
